My organisation

JobAccess is the national hub for disability employment information. Created by the Australian Government, the service is delivered by MedHealth on behalf of the Government. JobAccess helps people with disability, employers, and service providers with advice and information. Since 2006, JobAccess has supported 500,000+ enquiries through its national advice line. It also provides tailored advice and solutions for workplace adjustments. JobAccess can fund these adjustments through the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF). It has managed over 70,000 funding applications over the past 18 years. Additionally, JobAccess’ employer engagement team works with employers. They help make policies and procedures disability inclusive. Since 2010, the team has partnered with 430+ public and private organisations.

About me

Therese Campbell is the Director of Government and Stakeholder Relations at MedHealth. MedHealth delivers a broad range of services to positively impact health and employment outcomes for people with disability, injury, illness and disadvantage across multiple jurisdictions in Australia.

Therese is an Occupational Therapist with post graduate qualifications in Management along with Company Director training. She has 30 years’ experience in health and employment services, commencing on the frontline assisting people with injury or disability with employment, then moved to executive roles in strategy and stakeholder relations in the health and employment, services sectors, along with board director roles.

As the Director of Government and Stakeholder Relations at the MedHealth Group, Thérèse is part of a leadership team that delivers innovative health and employment services.  She has worked with stakeholders internationally and domestically to share and seek innovative solutions for employment of people with disability. Thérèse is passionate about the positive impact that meaningful employment has on an individual’s health and wellbeing and her professional life has been dedicated to this.
