JobAccess
About
JobAccess is the national hub for disability employment information. Created by the Australian Government, the service is delivered by MedHealth on behalf of the Government. JobAccess helps people with disability, employers, and service providers with advice and information.
Since 2006, JobAccess has supported 500,000+ enquiries through its national advice line. It also provides tailored advice and solutions for workplace adjustments. JobAccess can fund these adjustments through the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF). It has managed over 70,000 funding applications over the past 18 years.
Additionally, JobAccess’ employer engagement team works with employers. They help make policies and procedures disability inclusive. Since 2010, the team has partnered with 430+ public and private organisations.
