Innovation in government becomes an increasing reality as public sectors around the world understand the need to streamline their services. This session features Zero Project Awardees that are innovating in a variety of ways, be it with request for proposals or supported employment. Expect interactive inclusive employment apps developed by Ministries, unique concession programmes for persons with disabilities, as well as streamlined ways to request and monitor reasonable accommodations in a one-stop-shop department.
