Inclusive Employment Efforts in Ukraine – the Agape Rehabilitation Complex Story
In this fireside chat, Serhii and Nataliia Bolchuk will discuss the founding of the Agape Rehabilitation Complex, inspired by their personal experience with a car accident in 2001 that highlighted the struggles of individuals with disabilities. They will explain the center's holistic approach to rehabilitation, which integrates physical, social, and spiritual support to aid recovery.
The Bolchuks will also address the increased demand for rehabilitation services due to the war, particularly for veterans with severe injuries, and share future plans to expand the complex and advocate for broader access to rehabilitation through health insurance, aiming to help injured individuals return to active and fulfilling lives.
