Born in 1962. Graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University, Faculty of Commerce.

After working as a fellow at a consulting firm, he began organizing Dialogue in the Dark in 1999, when he came across an article in the Nihon Keizai Shimbun in 1993 about a “Dialogue in the Dark” event held at the Museum of Natural History in Vienna. Impressed, he immediately wrote a letter to Heinecke, the organizer of the event, and received permission to hold the event in Japan. After the first event in Japan, it was held as a short-term event for 10 years. The event created new employment for the visually impaired and provided a social platform where everyone could interact with each other as equals. Later, Dialogue in Silence guided by a hearing-impaired person; Dialogue with Time guided by an elderly person over 70 years old. In August 2020, she opened the Dialogue Diversity Museum “Dialogue Forest” in Takeshiba, Tokyo.
