About me

Hi! Accessibility is at the heart of everything I do. As someone who relies on assistive solutions in my daily life, I bring a unique perspective to my work, combining technical expertise and advocacy with lived experience.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with public and private organizations of all sizes to help make their services and products more accessible. From startups to major banks and telecom companies across the Nordics, I’ve guided teams to go beyond compliance and create digital platforms that are genuinely usable for everyone, including those who use assistive technologies.

At Ligipääsuke, the consultancy I have cofounded, we’re all about making accessibility practical, meaningful, and wide-ranging. While training, web and mobile accessibility testing and inclusive approach to physical spaces are the core focuses, we also tackle broader challenges—whether it’s helping events become more inclusive, making cultural exhibits accessible, or working to ensure accessibility in marketing campaigns. My work also extends to improving communication, training teams, and raising awareness through speaking engagements and workshops.

I also wear a few other hats—leading the Estonian Blind Union, serving on the board of the European Blind Union, and contributing to EU-wide projects.
