About me
Mex is a former energy consultant and passionate baseball player—activities he once loved but can no longer pursue. Today, rising temperatures dictate his freedom. As heatwaves intensify, his multiple sclerosis worsens, making him reliant on a wheelchair in warm weather. This loss of independence has driven him to take a stand before the European Court of Human Rights, demanding recognition of the right to climate protection.
His case ‘Müllner v. Austria’ could set a historic precedent. If successful it would make him the first individual to establish climate protection as a fundamental human right. Recognizing its urgency and far-reaching implications, the court has granted it the highest priority.
Turning personal adversity into action, Mex stands at the forefront of one of the most crucial legal battles of our time—driven by resilience, determined to create change.
