About me
Delphine Leveneur is Valuable 500 Chief Engagement Officer. Her three teams focus on relationships with Valuable 500 Companies and Partners; relationship with Valuable 500 Directory; and she also leads the team behind Generation Valuable, a reciprocate mentoring program which aims at elevating aspiring leaders with disabilities into executive roles and transform the corporate leadership of tomorrow.
She brings over 17 years of experience in working with organisations and people with disabilities to drive positive change in society. Delphine spent 4.5 years at Meta, where she established their workplace adjustment process (accommodations) outside the US, navigating the societal and cultural differences regarding disability across the world and going on to become their Global Accommodations Program Manager.
Previously, she worked as a Senior Consultant at Business Disability Forum, aiding large organisations in their disability inclusion journey. She has also held roles supporting students with disabilities at universities in France and the UK.
Her postgraduate studies in France were centred on Disability Inclusion and Accessibility and she remains passionate about progressing digital and physical accessibility.
Originally from France with roots in Reunion Island, Delphine now calls the UK home.
