My organisation

Fundacja Avalon - It is one of the largest non-governmental organizations in Poland helping people with disabilities and chronically ill. The foundation was established in 2006, and since 2009 it has had the status of a Public Benefit Organization. It is based in Warsaw, but its support covers people in need from all over Poland. The foundation offers financial assistance to those in need, and also runs a number of social and educational programs aimed at changing the perception of people with disabilities in Polish society. The Avalon Foundation currently supports nearly 15,000 people from all over Poland. The total value of assistance provided by the Foundation to its beneficiaries is over PLN 460 million.
