About me
Anushka is deeply passionate about gender equity and economic empowerment, with a strong focus on making entrepreneurship and workplaces more inclusive for women with disabilities. With a background in economics, international politics, and a master's in international affairs from Penn State University, she has worked across social impact, research, and corporate spaces, bringing a diverse perspective to addressing intersectional challenges.
Her work centers on creating opportunities for women with disabilities to thrive—whether through entrepreneurship, workforce inclusion, or policy advocacy. She believes that true progress happens when we recognize and address the multiple layers of barriers that marginalized communities face.
At #ZeroCon25, Anushka is eager to connect, learn, and collaborate with others who are working toward similar goals. She sees this as an opportunity to exchange ideas, find ways to support each other, and explore global solutions that drive lasting change.
