Youth 4 Jobs Foundation  is an action organisation with a heart working to  ensure  youth with disabilities can be poverty-free  in India. The focus is on building resilient livelihoods for both  youth with disabilities, with a focus on the most vulnerable, women with disabilities. Training centres are set up pan India to impart 21st century skills and link persons with disabilities to jobs/enterprises. Y4J partner with governments, markets, and civil society to remove physical and attitudinal barriers and enable the scaling of evidence-based effective solutions. SwarajAbility is South east Asias first AI triggered, accessible livelihood platform for persons with disability. Through Not Just Art, the Global Ability Photography Challenge is held annually focussed on honing creative talent of the disabled. About me

Jyothi Bezawada holds a distinguished academic background with a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences, Fulda in Germany. With a remarkable career in IT spanning over 15 years, Jyothi gained extensive experience and expertise in software design and programming, having worked and resided in various cities across Germany and the United States. Motivated by an interest in exploring diverse work domains in India, she returned to her homeland in 2016. Her desire to maintain a strong connection to German culture and language led her to contribute her skills and knowledge to a cultural organization specializing in the Indo-German realm for 5 years. At Youth 4 Jobs she is exploring a combination of two worlds, IT and social impact, which gives her a strong sense of direction. She heads the technology and development of SwarajAbility, India's first fully accessible AI-driven Livelihoods platform exclusively for Persons with Disabilities. She recently completed her Masters in Psychology in 2022 and keeps her horizons open to a multitude of interests, beyond her professional achievements like cycling, singing, long-distance running and embraces the joys and responsibilities of raising children.
