Juan Carlos Alvarez serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Falcon Farms. With 25 years of experience within the company, he has held various roles, starting in the farms of South America, then leading operations in the United States for 15 years, before ultimately becoming the commercial head of the organization. Mr. Alvarez is a civil engineer, having earned his degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia in Medellín. Under his leadership, Falcon Farms has grown into one of the largest vertically integrated companies in the fresh-cut flower industry, supplying major supermarkets across the United States.
