My organisation

The applicant organization (CFS) is the best-positioned organization in Georgia to tackle those issues: it is the co-founder of key formal and informal Disability Coalitions and working groups (both at the government, inter-organizational levels), as well as coordinator of informal facebook and other groups, for coordination between service delivery organizations (uniting 33 centers in Tbilisi and 60 in the regions). CFS itself, apart from its engagement in policy building, also has the grassroots level direct engagement, having wide range of programs for children with disabilities (early development program, abilitation-rehabilitation, daycare, and other programs) both in Tbilisi and in ethnic-minority settled cities in Georgia.

About me

I am founder of firs parent NGO in Georgia and I am parent of disabled person myself. Our organization "Child, Family, Society" was founded in 1995 and we are member of Coalition For Independent living. We carried out many projects in field of disability and helped many people and families to overcome challenges, with help of International donors.
