At Activation Foundation, we are dedicated to empowering communities through innovative strategies that foster positive social change. About me

Associated with the Activation Foundation since 2015. In the organization, she is responsible for research projects, internal and external communication of the organization, employer branding and expert activities related to the accessible labor market, new technologies and disability. She supervises all projects implemented in the Foundation and its Branches and branches. She also successfully develops new programs as part of the diversity and inclusion policy implemented in the organization.

Previously, she worked in public administration, cooperated with the private sector and universities, implementing various types of projects of social and professional inclusion, educational and development.

In 2016, she was the first at the University of Warsaw to obtain a doctorate in public policy sciences. Author of articles and co-author of publications and books in the field of social policy, manager and implementer of research on social issues, the labor market and professional activation of people with disabilities.

In her expert and research and evaluation work, she uses her experience from the work of public administration, the non-governmental sector and science, constantly searching for new solutions and tools that respond to the dynamically changing conditions and needs of people with disabilities and employers.

Member of many advisory and consultative bodies, including the Social Dialogue Forum, the FERS Monitoring Committee, the Monitoring Committee for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and others concerning the labor market and the implementation of national and EU funds. She represents Poland in the Management Committee of the international research and expert network COST Action CA18213 devoted to youth policy.
