About me
Born in Kraljevo, in 1983. Graduated at the Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations. Enthusiastic and optimistic. Believes in change, in human rights, in the fight, in the right attitude and in fact that tactic creates the atmosphere. Also believes that mood determines what will the weather be that day. Loves folklore, dance and basketball, and most of all her family and friends.

Key qualifications:
• 16 years of professional experience in the areas of employment, education, and social inclusion of persons with disabilities
• Extensive experience in employment, socio-economic development, social assistance policy and entrepreneurship and social and employment measures towards employment of disadvantaged and vulnerable groups
• Proven knowledge and skills acquired in implementing employment and rehabilitation services directed to the benefit of persons with disabilities
• Extensive experience in work with Corporate, Private and Civil Society sectors
• Co-creation of the program “Disability employment and awareness program” (program for business sector to reduce prejudices toward persons with disabilities, enabling successful employment of persons with disabilities)
•Co-creation of the program “Inclusive Academy” (program of non-formal education for persons with disabilities who are seeking for a job)
• Training skills
• 14 years’ experience in cooperation with business sector in employment of persons with disabilities
• Development and realization of vocational education and training of persons with disabilities for the labor market
• Multi-year cooperation with National Employment Service
• Organization and monitoring of sub-granting schemes
• Framework creation, coordination, and facilitation of the multi-stakeholder dialogue platforms
• Management of projects for Social Entrepreneurship development
• 14 years of work experience in the project management (including: Activity Planning and Sequencing, Resource Planning, Developing Schedules, Time Estimating, Cost Estimating, Developing a Budget, Documentation, Creating Charts and Schedules, Risk Analysis, Managing Risks and Issues, Monitoring and Reporting Progress, Team Leadership, Strategic Influencing, Business Partnering, Controlling Quality, Benefits Realization)
• Familiar with all Conventions, Laws and Regulations related to employment, youth, and social inclusion.
