About me
Studied sociology at the Otto Friedrich University of Bamberg and health sciences at the University of Bielefeld, doctorate in health sciences at the University of Bielefeld. Research associate in the area of quality of life research (Prof. Dr. M. Bullinger) in Munich and Hamburg as well as in the area of rehabilitation research (Prof. Dr. Dr. Uwe Koch, University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf). Involved in comparing the effectiveness of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, numerous publications in the area of outpatient rehabilitation, quality of life research and health care research. Since 2006 he has held the professorship for rehabilitation systems at the Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences in the Department of Applied Human Sciences. Current research focuses in the areas of participation and evaluation research, needs assessment, vocational rehabilitation and ICF.
