Its main objectives include promoting full employment inclusion for persons with disabilities, enhancing professional skills and labor competencies to improve employability, and advocating for universal accessibility and inclusive design.
Fundación ONCE operates under principles of good governance, transparency, and excellence, ensuring that its actions have a significant social impact. It collaborates with public and private entities at both national and international levels to foster solidarity and social cohesion, aiming to maximize its impact on persons with disabilities.
