About me
Meera Shenoy is Founder Youth4Jobs , South Asias' largest organisation in training youth with disabilities and linking them to resilient livelihoods. Its Grassroot Academy invests in building a cadre of PwDs to be leaders in their own community, creating a movement of Change in the villages. It recently set up SwarajAbility, Indias first accessible cutting edge tech Job platform for youth with disabilities. Y4J partners with 1300 companies, governments, NGOs, youth with disabilities and their parents for high impact. This work has won several national and international awards.
