Youth 4 Jobs Foundation  is an action organisation with a heart working to  ensure  youth with disabilities can be poverty-free  in India. The focus is on building resilient livelihoods for both  youth with disabilities, with a focus on the most vulnerable, women with disabilities. Training centres are set up pan India to impart 21st century skills and link persons with disabilities to jobs/enterprises. Y4J partner with governments, markets, and civil society to remove physical and attitudinal barriers and enable the scaling of evidence-based effective solutions. SwarajAbility is South east Asias first AI triggered, accessible livelihood platform for persons with disability. Through Not Just Art, the Global Ability Photography Challenge is held annually focussed on honing creative talent of the disabled. This transformational work has won national and international awards.

Meera Shenoy is Founder Youth4Jobs , South Asias' largest organisation in training youth with disabilities and linking them to resilient livelihoods. Its Grassroot Academy invests in building a cadre of PwDs to be leaders in their own community, creating a movement of Change in the villages. It recently set up SwarajAbility, Indias first accessible cutting edge tech Job platform for youth with disabilities. Y4J partners with 1300 companies, governments, NGOs, youth with disabilities and their parents for high impact. This work has won several national and international awards.
