About me

Erika Colon is a soprano singer born in Venezuela and raised in Japan. She is the founder of El Sistema Connect, focusing on Social Programs through music. She is the founder and the Artistic Director of the White Hands Chorus designed for challenged children, with activities in Tokyo, Kyoto and Okinawa. The choir has performed at the New National Theatre, Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre with Bach Collegium Japan, NHK TV Programs and the Tokyo Paralympic Games Closing ceremony.
