About me
She has been a human rights activist for more than 20 years, collaborating with public agencies and civil society organizations in Mexico. She is currently Executive Director of the Centro Interdisciplinario de Derechos, Infancia y Parentalidad A.C., where she develops several projects focused on gender, disability and violence. She is the founder of the Network of health professionals, midwives, doulas and breastfeeding advisors who provide support to women with disabilities, as well as the promoter of the App Morada, an inclusive and accessible application to prevent gender violence, especially against women with disabilities, winner of the international award Equal In Tech, first place in the category of accessibility for reducing the gender gap 2022. Awards Includes 2023.
She has published several articles, books, manuals and compilations on human rights, gender violence, non-discrimination, rights of persons with disabilities, violence against women with disabilities.
