Originally trained as a computer engineer specializing in educational software development, he is now a social entrepreneur and the CEO of Supervisuell, one of the first privately-owned enterprises in Norway founded and led by deaf individuals. Based in Sandefjord, he is married, has three children, and an aging cat.
