About me

Karine has an initial background in Research & Teaching (Cnam, Sciences Po Paris). She is an experienced HR Business Partner and People Manager. Along her career in Capgemini, she has had several lives, from Managing Consultant, HR Operations Manager, Talent Lead, HR Director for Sales and Account Managers. The common denominators for her were to position the HR function as an enabler of the strategic business decisions, and to always place People at the core of the Digital Transformation.

Karine has been working in global or corporate roles for more than 10 years. She spent 4 years in London where she grew a passion for Diversity and Inclusion. In February 2021, she was appointed Diversity and Inclusion Director for Capgemini Group and nominated Vice President in 2023.

Member of the Steering committee of ILO Global disability network, she has been nominated among “2024 Inspirational D&I leaders”. A strong proponent of lifelong learning she is Business Partner of a DEI course in an internal Masters at HEC and co-author of several publications from Capgemini Research Institute, on Inclusive Sports and Sustainability trends.

Karine is convinced that Talent has no boundaries (no gender, no age, no race…) and that companies need to enlarge their perspective and their sourcing talent pool, if they want to boost innovation and develop a successful and sustainable business.
“Embracing our differences while cultivating our commonalities, to build Inclusive futures for all“ is her personal motto.
