Iulia Brehuescu

Iulia Brehuescu (she/her) is the Global Accessibility Adviser at Sanofi, based in The Netherlands. With a background in digital and quality assurance industry, Iulia discovered her passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) - coordinating disability inclusion practices across large organizations and building accessibility programs from the ground up.

In her role at Sanofi, Iulia is responsible for setting the global standard for accessibility across digital and physical environments. Her commitment to championing accessibility has resulted in the successful implementation of comprehensive accessibility programs, significantly enhancing access for people with disabilities within the workplace and beyond.
