About me
Gabriel Marcolongo is the CEO and founder of Incluyeme.com, a social organization that has already helped more than 3,000 people with disabilities find and secure jobs. The platform has become the largest database of people with disabilities looking for a job in Latin America (more than 230,000 registered users), sharing over 1,000 job opportunities per year from more than 600 companies, including Accenture, Ab InBev, Unilever, SAP, IBM, EY, and Uber are shared with prospective hires. The company operates in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, México, Paraguay, Perú, Panamá, and Uruguay.
Gabriel has a Systems Engineer degree from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He also attended Executive Education Programs at Harvard, Stanford, Cambridge, and Babson College. In 2020, Gabriel was selected as Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.
